Going on a cruise with the family means finding a ship with activities that suit both kids and adults. Many cruise lines offer the traditional amenities such as a pool and spa area, a lounge room, restaurants, shopping and bars. But some ships provide additional activities that make them ideal for family vacations.

The Freedom of the Seas cruiser is a member of the Royal Caribbean family with the Caribbean islands as the destination. It is a seven-day trip and includes an exciting wave pool for surfing and boogie boarding. In total, there are three pools as well as an ice skating rink, a rock climbing wall and a boxing ring.
