Hoyle Games is probably best known for its card games.

Hoyle Games are probably best known for their classic card games and their trustworthy rule books. However, Hoyle Games also manufactures a number of well-known children's games, including card games. Hoyle Games has also expanded into the virtual world with its line of computer software, featuring their well-known games as well as some new ones!

  1. Go Fish

    • Hoyle Games has a version of the well-known kid's card game Go Fish. Their version is suitably ocean-themed with colorful sea creatures featured on each card. Each card features a number, as well as that number of sea creatures, so younger children may be able to ask for orange fish, while an older child could ask for 2 fish. This game has also been "educator approved", which means that it has "learning and fun rolled into one!"

    Old Maid Card Game

    • In Old Maid, the objective is to not get stuck with the old maid at the end of the game, while players continue making pairs by passing cards around the table. This game features different pairs of characters on the cards, along with the dreaded old maid card figure. This game has also been educator approved, and is a well-known card game for children.

    Matching Card Game

    • In the Hoyle Matching Card Game, the objective is to match three cards together to create a picture. These images that can be created are featured on the Matching Guide cards, which show which three cards need to be put together to create a scene. For example, children can match the cards to create scenes of an ice cream shop, a fireman and cat in a tree, a farm scene, and a post office.

    Hoyle Memory Card Game

    • Hoyle's Memory Card Game is dinosaur-themed, featuring a number of pairs of colorful and unique dinosaurs. Children are able to lay out the cards and match pairs of a dinosaur holding balloons and a dinosaur who has gone scuba diving, for example. This game has also been educator approved and can be played with a single player, or a number of players.

    Bicycle Totally Fun Card Games

    • Hoyle Games also makes a computer game for kids, manufactured under their Bicycle brand of playing cards. This game features Hearts, Go Fish, War, Old Maid and Crazy Eights. Players can learn new games and expand their skills with in-game tutorials and can also customize their game with different playing backgrounds.
