Anniversary Gifts for People Who Need Nothing & Have Been Married 15 Years
It can be frustrating to buy for someone when they really don't need anything. Couples who have been married for 15 years usually have their lives pretty well sorted out, so they aren't looking for material items. However, there are still lots of gift ideas that you can use to find them something they'll love.
-
Go the Traditional Route
-
Traditional gifts are always good, even after 15 years of marriage. A bouquet of beautiful flowers, coupled with a box of chocolates and a nice card shows that you care, and everyone enjoys having some fresh flowers in their home. A bottle of wine, or a gift basket with nice items like soaps, nuts or candy is always appreciated, even after 15 years.
Gift Cards
-
Even couples who have everything like to indulge every once in awhile. If you know the couple doesn't have anything that they need to purchase, you can get them a gift card to their favorite restaurant or to a restaurant they've never tried before. Other gift card ideas that won't add to the couple's possessions but will still be meaningful include gift cards to a massage parlor, movie theater or fancy club where the couple would never think of spending money on themselves.

Homemade
-
If you know the couple well, you can get them a nice homemade gift for their 15th. That way, even if they already have the item, the gift will be different because it's homemade. Relatives can paint picture frames and put in pictures of themselves. Or you can give them a homemade gift like your time -- offer to babysit for their children for free so they can have a night out on the town.
Crystal
-
Traditionally, the gift you give for 15 years of marriage is crystal. Find them a nice crystal vase or figurine for their home. The modern equivalent of this traditional gift is glass, so you can find a nice glass item for their home. Or, another alternate traditional gift is watches; perhaps you can find a nice pair of watches for their anniversary.
