Offering fulltime, part-time and online graduate programs, this is the only school in Oregon to provide a four-year degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Studies and ASL/English Interpreting, and a graduate program in Rehabilitation Counseling. Eastern Oregon University College of Education

EOU serves rural Oregon and is formally committed to meeting the educational needs of the state's public schools, health professionals and teachers in the region. The undergraduate and graduate programs all offer practical as well as theoretical instruction and training. For professionals who already have a teaching certificate, EOU provides the Special Education Endorsement Program. This prepares prospective Oregon teachers of students with disabilities for state licensure.

The Graduate School of Education and Counseling offers courses in three main areas: Educational Leadership, Teacher Education and Counseling Psychology.
