Sparkling Wedding Centerpiece Ideas
Brides want their weddings to be special and beautiful, down to the decorations at the reception. Centerpieces that sparkle add a fun and elegant touch to wedding receptions. Wedding decorations can be expensive, but luckily there are many easy and inexpensive ways to add a little sparkle to your wedding centerpieces.
-
Crystal Vases and Candles
-
Use crystal vases with glittery candles in the center. You can sometimes find these at your local dollar or craft store. Vases that have a bit of rhinestones or glitter decorations around the top or sides will emphasize the sparkle of the candle.
Tea Light Candleholder
-
Use a tea light candleholder centerpiece like the Crystal Tree Black Tea Light Holder Centerpiece from Sears. This candleholder includes curving black boughs and crystal berries along with a trio of tea lights that can be placed in cup-shaped blooms. To add more sparkle, scatter some flower petals mixed with tiny rhinestones or gemstones around the tea light candleholder.
-
Mirror
-
Use a mirror and scatter some gemstones or sparkly rhinestones and flower petals across it. A silver mirror works well for any color wedding theme as you can mix and match other colors along with it. Add small candles for an extra glow that will capture the sparkle of the rhinestones.
Marbles
-
Add sparkle to your wedding table by using silver, gold or colored marbles in shiny glass or china bowls. You can place a votive candleholder with a candle in the center of the bowl or just burn a candle nearby to add shine and sparkle.
