Centerpiece Ideas for a Winter Wedding Reception
A winter wedding gives you tons of options for centerpiece design. Although you could use traditional holiday-themed centerpieces, to personalize every aspect of your wedding, select a design that is a bit more unusual and instead reflects your personal style. Think about the reflective surfaces of winter and how to incorporate them into your wedding centerpiece design.

Icy Elegance
-
Special-order a square, carved vase for your table. Spray paint several manzanita branches silver and arrange them inside the vase. Drape stands of multi-faceted beaded crystals from the branches of the tree and wrap them in twinkle lights to create reflections off of the crystals. Place crystal votives of different heights around the vase and add candles. Sprinkle small crystal or glass beads on the table around the centerpiece to complete the tablescape.
Country Grace
-
Place a grey flowerpot into the center of the table and fill it halfway with saturated plant foam. Place a smaller grey flowerpot inside and add plant foam to it. Arrange bright red tulips in the top flowerpot and surround them with bright green grass-type greenery. Arrange red tulips and greenery in the open areas of the bottom flowerpot as well. Stand the bottom pot's greenery up so that the top pot is covered. Rest a group of pinecones against the flowerpot and add a spray of cranberries. Surround the centerpiece with red votive candle holders to finish the look.

Simply Chic
-
Soak wreath-shaped floral foam and set the wreath in the center of the table on a plate. Position a hurricane vase inside the wreath. Set eucalyptus branches into the sides of the wreath, allowing them to fall onto the table. On the top of the wreath, combine white roses and baby's breath with smaller branches facing outward from the hurricane glass. Place a tall, white, taper candle inside the hurricane glass.
Playful

Place an elevated cake plate in the center of your table. Gather different sizes of floral foam balls and hydrate them well. Set white carnations into the foam to create flower snowballs. Position the flower snowballs on the cake plate and accent them with bright red cranberries. Sprinkle cranberries along the bottom of the plate as well as small snow-flocked evergreen branches. Alternatively, arrange the snowballs down the length of the table, connecting them with a white ribbon.
