Tupper Manor

Tupper Manor is a scenic property owned by Endicott College. The mansion, which was designed in 1901 by Guy Lowell, who designed Boston's Museum of Fine Arts, showcases historic architecture and aesthetically pleasing interiors. Tupper Manor hosts weddings and other events in the ballroom, a glass-enclosed conservatory, a library, garden, and billiards rooms. For couples who want a natural feel, the estate offers ocean views and a private beach.

Misselwood - Endicott College

Misselwood, which is part of Endicott College, is the former summer residence of the Cabot family, considered one of the "First Families of Boston. " Couples can choose to have a small event, such as a cocktail hour, on the veranda of the main house. Along with the majestic home, the well-groomed grounds and views of the ocean make for a memorable wedding and reception location. If the weather fails to cooperate, Misselwood offers a seasonal tent featuring chandeliers, a wooden dance floor, and heating or air conditioning.

Lynch Park

David S. Lynch Memorial Park hosts weddings on its historic grounds. During the Revolutionary War, Beverly became known as the "Birthplace of the American Navy" after Woodbury's Point, a fort located on the present-day park grounds, was used to protect Boston Harbor. Around 1909, President Taft rented a cottage on what is now the estate's rose garden and prime setting for outdoor weddings from May to Mid-October. Along with the garden, the grounds boast rolling lawns and views of the ocean. For a ceremony during the peak flowering times, couples should book between mid-June to late August. There are no indoor facilities, a consideration for those who fear unpleasant weather.

Moraine Farm

The Estate at Moraine Farm is a property built in the 1880s that overlooks Wenham Lake. Frederick Law Olmstead, who designed New York City's central park, also conceived of the estate grounds, including the thick green lawns, garden, elegant patio with breathtaking views of the lake, and charming Tea House. The house and terrace can accommodate intimate weddings of 60 to 80 guests. From April to November, the estate's great lawn and gardens can welcome up to 350 guests.
