Yoga Camps for Teens
Yoga is more than 5,000 years old and has been practiced widely in the United States since the 1960s. All yoga styles emphasize the importance of breathing and stretching. According to the Yoga Journal, some of the benefits that can be derived from practicing yoga include lower stress, disease prevention and improved flexibility. If you would like your teen to learn yoga, several camps cater to the age group.
