AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the National Football League’s Dallas Cowboys, can seat 80,000 fans. The stadium features approximately 12,000 parking spaces in 15 numbered lots. There are an additional 12,000 spots at the nearby Globe Life Park, where the Texas Rangers play, available on game days. Not surprisingly, such spaces are expensive -- costing between $75 and $400 -- the priciest parking in the NFL.
Other Nearby Lots
For those unwilling or unable to get parking at the stadium, there are several excellent options in the area. City-owned lots in downtown Arlington save you some money and may offer the opportunity to purchase your spot in advance, though many are more than a mile and a half from the stadium. Lincoln Square Shopping Center, which is about a quarter-mile from the stadium, offers parking and a shuttle to the stadium for an extra cost.
Eat and Park
Your best deal for parking comes if you prefer to eat at a local restaurant rather than tailgating at the stadium. Many local establishments offer to let customers who spend a set amount of money park there for free, and some even offer a shuttle service as well. These offers are always changing, so check prior to making plans to avoid getting stuck. If there’s no shuttle, you’ll have a long walk to the game – but you’ll have the extra cash you saved on parking to spend on beverages to quench your thirst.
