Built in 1836 as a two-story private residence, The Partridge Inn today is a six-story, 144-room luxury hotel. Listed on the National Trust for Historic Preservation's list of Historic Hotels of America, it's one of Augusta's premier wedding reception venues. The Partridge Inn offers the services of more than 100,000 square feet of reception space from which to choose, including the 325 capacity Morris Partridge Ballroom. Built in 1835 as a private home, the property was completely renovated between 1996 and 1999. The entire center can be reserved as a venue for both a wedding and reception, or you can choose any combination of the three rooms available. There is also a courtyard that can be used during warmer weather.

Marbury Center is a great option for more intimate gatherings. With a capacity seating of 200, there is a spacious main ballroom and courtyard. For ease of catering, Roux Catering, voted the one of Augusta area's best caterers by Augusta Magazine, is located directly behind Marbury Center. Rental fees are based on a 10 hour minimum, Friday through Sunday and eight hours Monday through Thursday.

This beautiful venue has two large rooms suitable for seating up to 300, two bars and spacious covered decks on both levels.
