Seward, Alaska is full of natural beauty that visitors can savor, such as the Kenai Fjords National Park, the SeaLife Center, Mt. Marathon, and Resurrection Bay. Seward offers several affordable motels that are conveniently located to attractions and offer many amenities.

  1. Breeze Inn Motel

    • The Breeze Inn is located at 303 North Harbor Drive in Seward. Rooms feature 43-inch flat panel televisions, and free Wi-Fi and cable, including HBO. North Addition rooms contain money-saving amenities such as refrigerators and coffee-makers. They also have hair dryers and air-conditioning for summer stays. Room views vary from Mt. Marathon to the harbor. Some rooms feature a Jacuzzi and king size bed. The motel offers tour boats, a shuttle and will help make arrangements for day activities. Winter rates start at $49 per night (as of January 2011).

    Marina Motel

    • The Marina Motel is located near downtown Seward. The motel offers three kinds of rooms: superior, standard and accessible. All three rooms contain a refrigerator and in-room coffee. Free Wi-Fi and free cable with HBO are also provided. The superior rooms are larger, newer and contain a microwave. Accessible rooms are equipped with a wheelchair ramp and assistive devices in the shower. Standard rates are $115 during the peak summer season (as of January 2011) but are reduced for winter visitors.

    Hotel Steward

    • Hotel Steward, located in downtown Seward, has 62 rooms. Each room comes with a flat screen television with HBO. Free wireless Internet is also available. The hotel offers cozy accommodations but room rates start at only $99 per night (as of January 2011). Guests can choose between a common room with a private bath or a European room with a community bath. Guests can make arrangements for package deals for fishing, whale-watching, kayaking, and the Alaskan railroad.

    Holiday Inn Express

    • Holiday Inn Express, located on Resurrection Bay, offers prices starting at $75 per night (as of January 2011). Business people can take advantage of the business center that includes photocopying, faxing, email and Internet service and more. The Holiday Inn provides a health and fitness center, pool and whirlpool. Each room is equipped with a color television and satellite or cable service. A complimentary breakfast is provided for each guest. High speed Internet access is available in the rooms.
