The Gila River Indian Community operates three casinos in Arizona. All are located in the Phoenix-metro area. Wild Horse Pass and Lone Butte are both in Chandler, while Vee Quiva is in Laveen. There's a complimentary shuttle to take you to and from each of the casinos from locations across the valley and from Tucson. Each casino has its own features. Wild Horse Pass is a Vegas-style resort complete with luxury hotel. Lone Butte includes an Italian chophouse and over-sized bingo hall. Vee Quiva is the only casino in the West Valley.

  1. Wild Horse Pass

    • Wild Horse Pass is the Vegas-style hotel and casino in the Gila River group. It features 242 luxury hotel rooms, a pool, health club, a 100,000 square foot casino, 12,000 square feet of meeting space, a nightclub, retail stores, a concert hall, and several restaurants including Shula's Steak House. The casino has over a thousand slot machines and more than 70 table games. It opened in 2009 at a cost of $200 million dollars.

    Lone Butte

    • Lone Butte features a casino and several restaurants. Inside there are 850 slot machines, 24 table games including blackjack, Pai Gow, three card poker, and "let it ride," plus a bingo hall and a high limit room. Restaurants include the Italian Verona Chophouse and Dick Clark's All American Bandstand Express. There's also a lounge with live entertainment and cocktails. Lone Butte is open 24 hours a day every day of the year. It opened in 2008.

    Vee Quiva

    • Vee Quiva's name comes from Pima and Maricopa Native American words that mean "mountain west." This refers to the Sierra Estrella Mountains visible in the southwestern skyline of the Gila River Indian Community. It has over 800 slot machines, 14 table games, 14 poker tables, a large bingo hall and a deli restaurant. It is the only casino located in the West Valley of the Phoenix-metro area.

    Gila River Players Club

    • You'll find the Gila River Players Club at all three locations. The same card is valid at each. There are four levels: Emerald, Ruby, Gold and Platinum. The more you play at any of the Gila River Casinos, the more points you earn and the higher up the tiers you go. Higher status means more bonuses, from complimentary food to free play to special VIP lines and offers. The points you earn can be spent in the casinos or to buy gadgets and gifts from the club catalog.
