Webster Springs, WV Hotels
Webster Springs, located in central West Virginia in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, is a small town of around 800 residents according to the 2000 US Census Report. The town, also called Addison, has one just motel within the town limits, but there are several other hotels within a 20 mile radius. Webster Springs once boasted one of the grandest hotels in the region, rivaling the Greenbriar Resort in White Sulphur Springs. The 265-room Victorian hotel burned to the ground in 1925.

Located along the Elk River in the heart of Webster Springs, the Mineral Springs Motel is the only motel or hotel within the city limits. All rooms were renovated in 2008 and feature high-speed Internet access as well as well as kitchenettes with microwave ovens and refrigerators. Guests can enjoy the trout fishing in the Elk River or relaxing in the public swimming pool adjacent to the property. Although there is no restaurant on site, the motel is within walking distance of several downtown eateries.

A little further down the Elk River, about 17 miles from Webster Springs, sits the Elk Springs Resort. This 24-acre property offers a main lodge as well as cabins situated around the grounds. Each of the six lodge rooms features a Jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, satellite television and wood paneling. Each of the five cabins is unique, with the largest sleeping six persons. In addition to fishing, guests can enjoy the spacious game room, the 100-foot front porch and a variety of hiking trails.

Located a little over 16 miles from Webster Springs, Snowshoe Mountain Resort offers 60 ski slopes and trails, 14 ski lifts and a terrain park as well as a variety of condominiums and the 152-unit Inn at Snowshoe Mountain. The inn, located at the base of the mountain about five minutes from the slopes, offers standard, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, all with complimentary wireless Internet access and some with kitchens and hot tubs.

The Days Inn in Sutton, West Virginia is located about 20 miles from Webster Springs, just off of I-79. The five-story, 200-room hotel is near Flatwoods Factory Outlet Mall and the Mountain Lakes summer concert amphitheater. All rooms have complimentary wireless Internet access and suites have refrigerators and Jacuzzi tubs. Facilities at the Days Inn include an indoor swimming pool, restaurant that specializes in prime rib and an exercise center. The entire property is smoke-free.
