Scholarships4Moms offers a scholarship award targeted toward moms returning to college. The award amount is $10,000, and winners are selected via a random drawing. Each entrant must older than 18 and register online at the Scholarships4Moms website to be considered for the scholarship. Each applicant may enter the promotion once every seven days during the registration time frame. Because the drawing is by random selection, the more an applicant enters, the higher her chance to win. The scholarship money is paid directly to the applicant and can be used to cover the cost of her education and shared with friends or family members to cover their education expenses.
Denny's Single Parent Student Scholarship

Hispanic mothers may be eligible for the Denny's Single Parent Student Scholarship. Denny's created the need based scholarship to aid students who are single parents in paying for college. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and be accepted to a technical school or accredited college or university. Scholarship winners might be asked to participate in publicity of the program as requested by Denny's. The one time scholarship award ranges from $500 to $1,500. Applicants can apply through the Hispanic College Fund.
