Caledon Centre for Recreation & Wellness is a community space designed for use by adults, children, youth, families and seniors. The facilities include basketball, badminton and volleyball courts and an ice skating rink. There is also a 10,000 square foot fitness center with free weights, treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowers, and exercise bicycles. There is a 3-lane rubberized indoor running track available for use by runners and walkers, and it is wheelchair accessible. The Centre is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages and abilities. Individual and family memberships are available, as well as "pay as you go" passes.

Snap Fitness offers a variety of cardio equipment and strength training machines, providing members with 24-hour a day access to treadmills, elliptical machines, and recumbent bikes in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere. Cardio machines have programmable monitors that allow members to personalize their workouts. Television monitors are placed throughout the cardio equipment area for members to watch while working out. The health club also offers personal trainers to assist members in achieving their fitness goals, and a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of most fitness levels. A wide range of training programs include everything from "Fit to Wed," a 12-week program designed to get members ready to walk down the aisle looking their best, to "Hard Core," an intense workout program focusing on the midsection that is available in 6 or 12-week sessions.

As the name implies, this club is designed to make fitness available "anytime," with 24-hour a day access via a key card assigned to each member. The card also holds personal workout settings for the cardio machines, allowing members to simply enter a code at each machine before working out. Available equipment includes treadmills, exercise bicycles, spinning machines, stair climbers, and elliptical cross-trainers, in addition to free weights and a circuit room. Although there is no locker room there are several private bathrooms available, as well as a clean and modern waiting area and large fitness room for exercise classes.
Katie's Fitness

Katie's Fitness offers fitness classes in a small, intimate setting. Despite the small facility, this health club offers a variety of classes, including spinning, kickboxing, conditioning, circuit, pilates, and "yogalaties" -- a combination of yoga and pilates. All classes are taught by the owner of the club, Katie Mitri, a certified trainer and fitness instructor. Classes are designed to address each participant's personal needs and fitness goals in a positive and supportive environment. Classes are scheduled throughout the week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Katie is also available for hire as a personal trainer and for nutrition and wellness counseling. There is no membership fee, but class fees are due at time of registration.
