Many organizations offer some type of orientation meetings for new employees. In these orientations, new employees typically fill out new-hire paperwork, including tax and employment eligibility forms. For these types of inquiries, direct your new employee to the Internal Revenue Service website to learn more about what the withholding amounts will equate to in a specific situation. Let your new hire know that the amounts can also be changed at any time. Other common orientation forms include company confidentiality agreements and background check authorizations.
