Yearly bonuses for web programmers start at $507 and can go as high as $3,039, and yearly profit sharing benefits range from $512 to $3,052. Median hourly pay for web programmers range between $15.96 for web designers to $20.68 per hour for web developers who work with PHP. Web programmers on average earn $19.74 an hour.
