Once the Bluetooth connection is complete, you can stream any audio, including music, podcasts and recordings, from your iPhone to the Bose SoundLink speaker system. However, you cannot stream your phone calls. Additionally, incoming and outgoing phone calls interrupt the speaker system's streaming of audio from your iPhone. After you end your call, the audio you were playing through the Bose SoundLink resumes.
