The BlueSoleil 6 Bluetooth is an application designed to pair Bluetooth mobile devices with Windows computers to transfer data over a Bluetooth network. Before establishing a connection, however, you must launch the BlueSoleil 6 application and power on the mobile Bluetooth device.
The BlueSoleil application integrates all of your Bluetooth devices with your computer’s operating systyem and displays the Bluetooth devices in a single window. Depending on the number of devices connected, however, you may experience conflicts between the devices. Before completing the configuration process for each device, install the latest drivers for the devices on your computer. Outdated drivers can result in failure to establish a Bluetooth connection with the BlueSoleil application.
BlueSoleil Bluetooth functions with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Using this application, you can connect printers, speakers, keyboards, cameras and other types of Bluetooth devices to your computer. If you can't successfully pair the Bluetooth device with your computer, turn the Bluetooth device off and close the BlueSoleil application. Restart the device and the application, and reinitiate the pairing process. If BlueSoleil doesn't list the Bluetooth device during the pairing process, the application doesn't have compatibility with the specific Bluetooth device.
Security Software and Firewall
BlueSoleil has anti-piracy protection built in to the application. If your computer uses additional security software, you may experience conflicts between the security application and BlueSoleil. When installing BlueSoleil, adjust the parameters on your computer’s security software to accept the application. If the BlueSoleil application continues to display a security error message, temporarilly disable the security software on your computer. Firewall settings can also interfere with the BlueSoleil application, and you may have to disable your computer firewall temporarily to use BlueSoleil.
