List of Common Short Code Keywords
Businesses use Common Short Code campaigns to interact with potential customers and existing customers through mobile communications. A customer sends a text message to a five- or six-digit code, then enters a given keyword. Depending on the campaign, this process allows the customer to do any of a variety of tasks, such as receiving a coupon code or downloading a game. Each CSC has a corresponding keyword, which may vary depending on the campaign's purpose.
