Mapi32.dll is usually located in the following location: C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Msmapi\1033. If you're unable to locate the files, use the Windows search bar in the Start menu. After locating Fixmapi.exe, double-click it and follow the guided instructions to repair Mapi32.dll. Alternatively, locate Mapi32.dll from it's default location and rename it to MSmapi32.old to solve the problem.
