Amazon Widget Problem on Blogger
The Amazon Associates program allows you to post Amazon product links directly in blog posts. The blogger gets a percentage of sales when blog readers click on the links and purchase the products. Blogger automatically incorporates the Amazon Associates widget on the editing dashboard. You may, however, experience some difficulty getting the widget to work, even if it worked in the past.

Ad Blockers
-
Ad blockers and noscript programs may interfere with the Amazon Associates widget on your Blogger dashboard. This might happen even if you did not initially experience difficulty accessing the widget. A later update of the widget may have made it incompatible with your ad blocker. Turn off ad blockers or noscript programs when working on your blog, and your Amazon Associates widget may go back to functioning normally.
Browser Updates
-
Blogger and Amazon Associates often update their interfaces to keep up with the latest browser releases. If you opt not to get the latest browser updates, you may experience incompatibility issues, such as the Amazon Associates widget not working, even if the Blogger dashboard itself still works. Verify that you are using the latest version of your browser or load your Blogger dashboard with another updated browser to solve the problem.

Blogger Issues
-
The Amazon Associates widget functionality is more closely tied to Blogger than to Amazon. If your Amazon Associates widget is not working, it may be the result of Blogger's maintenance or decision to remove the widget temporarily. Amazon Associates competes with some of Blogger's sources of revenue, such as AdSense, which could account for Blogger's removal of the widget. In such cases, you may need to add Amazon Associates' links to your blog posts manually.
Workaround
-
If you cannot resolve the Amazon Associates widget problem, a workaround allows you to include Amazon product links in your Blogger posts. In one browser window, open your Blogger dashboard to edit a blog post. Open a second window and sign into your Amazon Associates account. Browse Amazon products and select them by clicking on the "Add to Widget" link. Customize the widget and click on "Save and Get Code." Paste the code directly into your blog post's HTML edit page.
