XPS 410 Fan Runs at Full Speed and Computer Will Not Boot

When the computer's fan runs immediately on startup, your computer may be experiencing an overheating issue. Turn the computer off and open up the case to examine the inside of the system. On the lower left front of your tower are four small LEDs that alert you to the working status of the computer. If any problems are discovered, these lights remain lit in a specific sequence to identify the trouble. The computer can also issue a series of beeps to identify problems encountered.
