Fixing these common problems is relatively simple. You need to run the alignment procedure. For a Windows PC, access the "Control Panel" from the Start menu. Open the "Printers" window from the Control Panel. Right-click on the "Canon i550" printer and select “Printing Preferences.” Click on the “Print Head Alignment” button on the Maintenance tab. Click “OK” when prompted to start print head alignment. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the alignment process. Click “OK” when the alignment process is complete.
