Hannah Montana Cupcake Ideas

Hannah Montana is a teen singing sensation popular with many older children and preteens. Plan your child's next birthday celebration around the young idol and present the party group with a special Hannah Montana cupcake treat. Use store-bought decorations for simple cupcake making, or show off your talents with a one-of-a-kind dessert.

Guitars and Stars

Decorate a batch of cupcakes with tiny guitar and star embellishments. Prepare the cupcakes in yellow, purple and pink cupcake papers and then cover them icing in coordinating colors. For simple party cupcakes, top the colorful creations with star or guitar-shaped rings. To make the cupcakes even tastier, prepare a batch of sugar cookies and cut them in tiny star and guitar shapes. Bake the cookies and decorate them with yellow, purple and pink royal icing. Sprinkle a bit of luster dust on each cookie and place one cookie on top of each cupcake.

Pull-Apart Guitar

Surprise your party guests with cupcakes that look like a cake. The cupcakes are prepared individually and then arranged on a tray in the shape of a guitar. Spread a thick, smooth layer of icing over the stacked cupcakes to make these look like microphone tops, and spread luster dust on top to add some glittery pizzazz.

Present each guest with an edible photo cupcake starring Hannah Montana. Frost the cupcakes with a smooth layer of your favorite icing to make a delicious base for the photos. Print miniature pictures of the teenage singing sensation onto sheets of edible frosting paper and cut out one picture to place on top of each cupcake.
