Can I Use Zapakmail on Thunderbird?
Thunderbird is a free email application from Mozilla, the manufacturer of Firefox, that places your individual email messages on a series of tabs similar to Internet browser tabs. The application is capable of sending and receiving emails from a variety of email services including the free Internet-based Zapakmail. You can also delete, copy and forward your Zapakmail messages, as well as store your messages within Thunderbird.

Thunderbird is available online from the Mozilla website and is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems. The application includes an installation wizard and a user-friendly interface. Thunderbird also includes a built-in Help component that guides you through solving any problems you are having with the application.
POP Account
-
Your Zapakmail uses the Post Office Protocol to retrieve emails from its server and send them to Thunderbird for reading, deleting or storing. The POP downloads your messages directly to your computer and doesn’t store a copy of the messages on the Zapakmail server. After installing Thunderbird, log in to your Zapakmail account from any Internet browser, click “Preferences” and click the POP3 link to enable POP access. Save the changes and exit your Zapakmail account.

Enter your Zapakmail email address in both “Incoming” and “Outgoing” username boxes. Enter “smtp.zapak.com” in the “Outgoing Server” box.
