Can You See Who Viewed Your Picasa?
Picasa Web does not automatically display the identities of the people who view your Picasa Web galleries, albums, photos or profile. However, if another Picasa Web user comments on one of your photos, subscribes to your photo uploads or otherwise interacts with your Picasa Web account, you can see that person's identity in most cases.

Photo Comments
-
Picasa Web gives users the ability to leave comments on photos posted by other users. Anonymous comments are impossible, because every comment is accompanied by the name of the user who posts it, and a photo must be viewed to be commented on, so you can see the identities of some of the people who have viewed the photo.
New Followers
-
Picasa Web users can "follow" other Picasa Web users. This means that every time you post a new photo or album of photos, your followers receive a notification. Users must visit your Picasa Web profile to start following you. Therefore, if you gain a new follower, you know that person has viewed your Picasa account.

Likes and Views
-
Picasa Web users can show appreciation for another user's photos or albums by clicking on their accompanying "like" buttons. The number of likes displays below the photo or album. Each photos also displays the number of times it it has been viewed globally. However, the identities of users who like or view a photo or album is not shown, so this does not lend any insight as to who viewed your Picasa account.
Google+ Interactions
-
Photos uploaded to Picasa Web can also be viewed via the Google+ social network. If you have a Google+ profile and another user clicks the "Photos" tab on your profile, that user can view whatever Picasa photos you have made available to him. He can then click the "+1" button under a photo to show appreciation, type a comment or share the photo to his own profile, proving that he has viewed the Picasa photo.
