My iTunes Doesn't Have a Ringtones Icon
Apple’s iTunes application enables you to listen to ringtones before you copy them to your iPhone, as well as listen to copies of ringtones that you downloaded directly to your iPhone and then backed up on your computer. If you don’t see a ringtones icon in the iTunes application on your computer, you will need to change the preferences settings.

ITunes Application
-
Apple installs the free iTunes application on every new Mac, and you can download iTunes for free to use on a PC running Windows as well. You use iTunes to play audio and video files, as well as manage your iPhone. The iTunes Application enables you to access Apple’s iTunes Store over the Internet, where you can buy and download ringtones, and them copy them to your iPhone.
ITunes Store

Launch iTunes on your computer, and then click “iTunes Store” in the left pane of the iTunes application window. Browse for music, or type search terms in the search box at the top of the window. Ringtones are 30-second sections of audio from songs, often consisting of a catchy hook or the chorus.

Downloading Ringtones
-
Besides downloading ringtones from the iTunes Store to your computer, you can also download ringtones from Apple’s iTunes Store directly to your iPhone via Wi-Fi or cellular data networks. When you sync your iPhone to your computer with iTunes, the ringtones you bought with the device will copy over.
Ringtones Icon
-
When you launch iTunes on your computer, different categories of media files appear in the left pane of the iTunes application window. If you do not see Ringtones under Library in the left pane, it means that someone has changed the iTunes preferences setting. Click “Edit” from the iTunes menu, and then click “Preferences.” Click “General.” Click the “Ringtones” check box to select it, and then click “OK.” The ringtones icon now appears under Library in the left pane of the iTunes window.
