RapidShare is a Switzerland-based, file-sharing service that allows you upload, store and share files with other people on the Internet. Once you upgrade from a free RapidPro account, you are given access to premium account features. For example, if a file is not downloaded from a "free" user's account within 30 days, the file expires. No such limitation exists for RapidPro customers. Users downloading files from "free" accounts are subject to a waiting period before the download link becomes available. No waiting periods exist when you download a file from a premium account. Finally, downloads from premium account are 100 percent SSL-Encrypted, ensuring that no one is able to intercept your download.

RapidShare offers three packages that last a set time period. You can choose from packages of 30 days, 150 days and two years. The 30-day package is worth 990 Rapids (or 9.90 Euros). The 150 day package is worth 2990 Rapids (or 29.90 Euros). The two-year package is worth 9990 Rapids (or 99.90 Euros). Each package features unlimited storage, unlimited traffic, direct downloads and encrypted file transfers.
