Pin the Meatballs on the Spaghetti
-
This variation of the classic game, pin the tail on the donkey, adds a new twist with a cooking theme. Draw a large plate of spaghetti on a white poster board. Give each guest a paper meatball with tape on the back. One by one, blindfold each guest, turn them around a few times and point them toward the poster. See how many of your party guests get their meatballs on the spaghetti.
Edible Playdough
-
Have each guest wash their hands thoroughly and tape wax paper onto the table. Give each child a portion of edible play dough. Each party guest may choose a food item for the rest of the group to mold their dough into. An adult judge can award prizes for the best sculpture in each round. Allow the children to eat their play dough after if they wish.

Taste Guessing
-
Place five or six different condiments and ingredients into bowls, such as sugar, ketchup or chocolate syrup. You can use sweet, salty, nice-tasting or foul-tasting food. Blindfold each guest and have him or her taste the contents of each bowl one by one. The guest who guesses the most correctly wins.
Chopstick Race
-
Put the guests in groups of three and give each child a set of chopsticks and a small bowl of mini marshmallows. Set the timer for one minute and instruct them to remove as many marshmallows as they can from the bowl in that time using only the chopsticks. Each child may keep the marshmallows they collect.
