Rings are one of a wide assortment of jewelry. Because of their small size, some people assume that there are not as many options for rings. However, with a little creativity there are many different ring designs that you can make and wear. Does this Spark an idea?

Bling Ring

A bling ring is a fun and whimsical piece of jewelry that will catch your friends' attention. Obtain a handful of bright, shiny beads or crystals of several different colors. Simply place several of the beads on the top of headpins. Curl the headpins around and then slip them onto the ring. The more beads that you have and the more shiny they are the more "bling" you will have on your finger.
Wire Ring

A wire ring is a beautiful and distinctive piece of jewelry. Cut a piece of soft-wire to about 6 inches long and use pliers to make a loop at the end. Curve the ring around twice so that there are two circles. Use pliers to take the two ends of the soft-wire and fold it around the loop on the other side of the wire. The fold should be secure and keep the ring firmly in place. You can also try bending the wire in different shapes to create designs for your ring.

Loyalty Rings

Make two loyalty rings to pledge solidarity with a friend. Pretty much any ring can serve this purpose as long as it's distinctive. Take a 6-inch length of elastic thread. Paired with a needle, string it through a series of beads or buttons. Apply the same pattern to both rings so they are identical. If you are alternating between different colors, make sure they are in the same pattern as the second ring.
Cluster Ring

A cluster ring is a fascinating piece of jewelry that will attract much interest and many questions. Take 10 head pins and place different crystals, pearls and beads so that there are several layers of each. Bend the head pins 90 degrees with pliers and cut off the excess wire with a side cutter. Insert the headpins into a ring loop.
