Do Facebook Ads Accept TinyURL?
Facebook ads offer distinct advantages to advertisers, including social targeting and lower cost than Google's AdWords. The use of URL shorteners such as TinyURL is forbidden in the AdWords system, so Facebook ads may offer an alternative to an advertiser who wants to use such a service.

URL Field
-
When you create a Facebook ad, you can use a website address shortened with TinyURL or other URL shorteners in the ad's URL field. However, the TinyURL address will not appear on the ad itself. Instead, Facebook uses a facebook.com URL to track ad metrics and redirect the user to the TinyURL address.
Ad Title or Body
-
Facebook doesn't allow addresses using TinyURL or other URL shorteners to appear in the title or body of an ad. When you try to use a TinyURL address in either field, Facebook returns the error message "The text contains a blocked word or phrase" and won't allow you to save the ad. In addition, full URLs containing the prefix "http://" aren't supported in the text of Facebook ads.

Facebook Ad Redirection
-
Because Facebook creates a facebook.com link for each ad and redirects users to the final URL from that link, it may be unnecessary to use TinyURL or other shorteners. The facebook.com link also includes code for tracking clicks and other statistics that appear on your campaign page, duplicating the features of many URL shorteners.
Advertising Guidelines
-
While Facebook's advertising guidelines don't prohibit the use of TinyURL, the redirected landing page and the ad itself must adhere to the guidelines as well as those on the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. In addition, Facebook reserves the right to reject or remove an ad if the editorial staff believes it's unsuitable for any reason, and may revise the guidelines as it deems necessary.
