However, this salary reflects the salaries earned by those with all levels of experience and not just those working as senior technicians. According to the BLS, the median salary for aviation electronics technicians was $52,320 per year. Senior technicians will generally make more than this median salary. The upper one-fourth of those working in this field made $59,910 or more per year, while the upper 10 percent made more than $67,560 on an annual basis.
