Entertain your slumber party guests with fun activities.

Slumber parties and sleepovers are a staple in any teenage girl's life. Some parties fizzle out, leaving the guests bored and falling asleep way too early. It's important to find activities and entertainment that will gives all your guests a good time and leave them anticipating your next sleepover. Does this Spark an idea?

  1. Movies

    • Plan out a couple of movies for you and your guests to watch. Choose movies that are age appropriate and approved by your parents before showing them. Horror movies are perfect for late night viewing and will leave your guests with thrills and chills. Choose another movie with a well-known actor that all your guests enjoy; this will give you and your guests something to talk about when the movie is finished.

    Games

    • Play board games that include all your guests. Monopoly, Clue and Scene-It are fun games that can take up a good chunk of time and guests will enjoy playing. For a smaller sleepover, play a video game that involves team interaction like Tennis, Baseball and Mario Kart. Play truth or dare, charades and have pillow fights.

    Makeovers

    • Makeovers are something all slumber parties should include. Have all your guests put on a facial mask, curl each other's hair and paint each other's nails and toenails. Take pictures before and after and have a fashion show with clothes from your closet or your mom's clothes -- but be sure to ask permission first before doing this.

    Food

    • Every slumber party needs snacks. Set out chips, veggies with dip and soda. Have your parents order a pizza and make cupcakes or cookies for late night snacking. Set up and ice cream bar and have guests make their own sundaes with everything from sprinkles to cherries. Make a delicious breakfast in the morning of french toast, pancakes or waffles. Have your guests each cook a different item like eggs, sausage and toast.
