"Grand Theft Auto 4": 100% Checklist
In the game "Grand Theft Auto IV," you explore the massive Liberty City as you hunt for the men who betrayed your character, Niko Bellic. When you complete every mission in the game and find each hidden secret, you earn 100-percent completion. You do not need to get 100-percent completion to beat the game, but doing so unlocks the 100-point Key to the City Achievement.

Main Missions and Side Missions

To earn 100-percent completion in "Grand Theft Auto IV," you need to complete every story-related mission. These missions begin with "The Cousins Bellic" and end with "Mr. and Mrs. Bellic." You cannot miss any of these missions if you play through the entire game. Side missions are also required, such as Vigilante, Most Wanted and Assassination. For Vigilante missions, find any cop car and select "Current Crimes." Catch 20 criminals to complete this task. Most Wanted missions are also given through the police computer. Each island houses 10 Most Wanted men, and you must kill them all. To do Assassination missions, head to the marked payphone in Alderney. Kill the nine targets given to you to complete the missions.
Car Delivery and Racing

Soon after you meet your friends, Brucie and Stevie, they both tell you that they are looking for cars to export for a bit of extra cash. Stevie sends you his car requests via text message. When you get a message, find the car and drop it off at his garage. To see Brucie's requests, check your email. Brucie sends you pictures of the cars he wants. As with Stevie, drop off these cars at Brucie's garage.
Brucie also hosts nine street races, and you need to beat them all to earn 100-percent completion. To start a race, use your cell phone to select Brucie's name, and then select "Race."

Friend Missions and Activities

After you make friends with Little Jacob, he tells you to call him if you want to work with him again. Jacob needs you to drop off 10 packages. To start a job, use the cellphone to dial Little Jacob's number. Select "Job."
You befriend several people in Liberty City, but you only need to build a relationship with three: Little Jacob, Packie and Brucie. Take each of these men with you to all available activities. The activities include drinking at the bar, going to a club, playing pool, bowling, watching a comedy act, eating dinner and playing darts.
Miscellaneous Activities

As you drive around Liberty City, look out for ramps or high places where you can jump a large gap with your car. There are 50 of these places around the city, and you must make all 50 Unique Jumps to earn 100-percent completion.
Liberty City is home to 200 pigeons, called Flying Rats in the game. You need to find and kill all 200 of them.
Look for Random Pedestrians around Liberty City. These 10 people, as the name implies, show up randomly in different places on the map. Talk to them and do any job they give you to fulfill this requirement.
Sports and Game Activities

Liberty City offers several venues where you can bowl, play pool or throw darts. Win at least one game of each to get 100-percent completion. Take Brucie, Packie or Little Jacob with you and beat them at a game to fulfill two requirements at once. You must also beat the QUB3D high score of 11,000 points. QUB3D is an arcade game found in the lobby of every bar.
