Templates and Images
-
Outlook Helper includes email templates for creating animated messages. Your animated messages are viewable within any email client including web-based email services. Outlook Helper’s image viewer not only lets you attach pictures quickly but also preview embedded and attached images without having to open them directly. You can also set the program to save images automatically to a specific folder.
File Search and Chat Utilities
-
The program includes a file search component that lets you quickly locate the file you want to attach to an outgoing message and send it. The search utility uses keywords to begin the search process instead of requiring you to browse your computer’s files directly. Outlook Helper’s built-in chat component lets you communicate with contacts in your Outlook address book through a user-friendly interface listing the contact's name and availability status.

Folder and Distribution Lists
-
Outlook Helper also lets you create multiple folders and set specific rules for sorting and filing emails automatically to the folders. The program also includes a distribution list “wizard” that walks you through setting up groups of emails for sending out a message to multiple recipients.
Compatibility and Downloading
-
Outlook Helper will not work with Outlook 2010 or Windows Live Mail. The program is not compatible with Windows 7 or Vista -- only runs on the Windows XP, 2000, 98, Me and NT platforms. Navigate your computer’s Internet browser to the “Outlook Helper” link and follow the on-screen prompts to save the program to your computer, unzip and install the program.
