Requirements to Go in Otto's Grotto Whirlpool in "Runescape"
In the online role-playing game "RuneScape," members can unlock secret dungeons and areas to kill special monsters and participate in activities. North of Otto Godblessed's house, near the Barbarian Assult activity, you will find a whirlpool, which leads to a secret cavern. Inside this cavern, you will find a wide variety of high-level monsters and a secret Slayer dungeon. To enter this cavern, you must complete a series of tasks.

The Ancient Cavern

The Ancient Cavern is a member-only area that contains several high-level metal dragons and brutal dragons, which have a higher combat level than a regular dragon. To enter the Ancient Cavern, your character must dive into the whirlpool. Upon entering the cavern for the first time, you will arrive on a small platform, which is on the same level as the mithril dragons. If you descend the stairs, you will arrive on the lower-level, near several brutal green dragons and waterfiends. To exit the Ancient Cavern, you must ride an aged log, or teleport out of the cavern. If you have completed the "Fairy Tale II" quest, you can use a spade and five mushrooms on the broken fairy ring to repair and restore the ring. The code to use the ring is "B-J-Q."
Cavern Monsters

The monsters that reside within the Ancient Cavern are extremely dangerous and aggressive. On the lower level of the cavern, you will find several brutal green dragons, skeletons, barbarians, spirits and waterfiends. The upper level contains mithril dragons and skeletons. On the southwest corner of the lower level, you will find a staircase, which contains the entrance to Kuradal's dungeon.

Kuradal is a Slayer master that assigns Slayer tasks to high-level players. To use Kuradal as your Slayer master, you must have Level 75 Slayer and a 110 combat level. Kuradal stands next to the dungeon entrance and allow only players who have a current Slayer task of a monster in the dungeon to enter. Several monsters are contained in the dungeon, such as hellhounds, greater demons, blue dragons, gargoyles, abyssal demons, dark beasts, iron dragons and steel dragons.

To enter the Ancient Cavern, you must speak to Otto Godblessed in the Otto's Grotto. Complete the pyre ships portion of the firemaking Barbarian training to unlock the Ancient Caverns. Otto will request that you enter the cavern and rummage through the Barbarian skeletons that lie on the floor. You must obtain a mangled bone from the skeleton and kill a mithril dragon to obtain a chewed bone. Burn both bones on the pyre site north of Otto's house to complete the Barbarian training and unlock the Ancient Caverns.
