Where Is an Obelisk in "Runescape"?
When you use a Summoning obelisk in the online role-playing game "RuneScape," you infuse the spirit of monsters into pouches or recharge your Summoning points. There are two different kinds of Summoning obelisks available to players: a charged obelisk, which players use to infuse pouches, and a small obelisk. Unlike a charged obelisk, players use a small obelisk only to recharge Summoning points. Generally, each city in Gielinor contains at least one small obelisk, but charged obelisks are located in few areas.

Taverly

The Taverly Summoning obelisk is the first obelisk that you will use. This obelisk is home to the Wolf Whistle quest, which you must complete to begin training the Summoning skill. You can find the obelisk in the basement of Pikkupstix's house, which is on the northeast side of Taverly. Pikkupstix runs the Summoning store, which contains the pouches and spirit shards required to infuse Summoning pouches.
Gu'Tanoth

The Gu'Tanoth Summoning obelisk is located south of Yanille, on the path to the blue dragon dungeon. Bogrog, who also sells items required to infuse pouches, runs the obelisk. After completing the Perils of Ice Mountain quest, Bogrog gains the ability to swap finished pouches and scrolls for spirit shards. To get to the Gu'Tanoth Summoning obelisk, travel to Yanille and walk out the west gate. Walk southeast and follow the winding path east. Bogrog and the obelisk are located on the south side of the path.

Nature Grotto

After you complete the Nature Spirit quest, you unlock the Nature Grotto, which is located in the Mort Myre Swamp. Inside the grotto lies a charged obelisk, a small obelisk and a prayer altar. In addition, the Nature Grotto contains a Summoning shop, which is available by right-clicking the wishing well. To get to the Nature Grotto, you must travel to Canifis and walk south through the Mort Myre Swamp. The grotto is located in the center of the swamp. Click the door to enter the grotto and arrive in a room that contains the two obelisks, the wishing well and the prayer altar.
Brimhaven

The Brimhaven Summoning obelisk is located on the northwest coast of the island. Jungle vegetation and three level-20 scorpions surround the obelisk. Several monsters in the Brimhaven jungle can poison you, so carrying an antipoison potion is essential. The Summoning obelisk is unsupervised; therefore, it does not contain a Summoning shop. To get to the Brimhaven Summoning obelisk, travel to Karamja Island and run west to Brimhaven. Run through the city and then northwest toward the ocean.
Piscatoris Hunting Grounds

The Piscatoris Summoning obelisk is located just south of the Piscatoris Fishing Colony, in the hunting grounds. The obelisk is one of the most popular amongst high-level players because of the ease of transport. The Piscatoris obelisk is unsupervised and does not contain a Summoning store. Players who complete the Fairy Tale Part II quest can use fairy ring code A-K-Q to arrive just south of the obelisk or players with 57 Summoning can teleport to the area using a Spirit Kyatt. To get to the Piscatoris Summoning obelisk without using the fairy rings or a Spirit Kyatt, travel to Gnome Stronghold and exit the city through the south gate. Follow the city fence west and then north. Enter the trapdoor in the northernmost part of the hunting area to arrive at the obelisk.
