Salary of an Electrolysis Technician
Electrolysis technicians (also known as electrologists) use small amounts of electricity to target individual hair follicles in the skin. The electricity damages or completely destroys the follicles and therefore results in slower hair growth. For this work, electrolysis technicians could earn up to approximately $51,000 annually at the time of publication, but most electrolysis technicians earned rates closer to $30,000 per year.
