Can I Have AOL and AT&T?
You can use your AT&T Internet service to access AOL and all of AOL's features -- including chat rooms, forums and other services. AOL includes the option to select another Internet Service Provider, including a broadband or cable Internet connection. AT&T offers a variety of Internet service packages, and accessing AOL via your AT&T service is done by changing an internal setting within AOL.

AOL offers a reduction in price if you use your own ISP. Contact AOL at 800-827-6364 and inform the company you are using your own ISP instead of AOL's direct Internet service. A representative will change your service and inform you of the new payment amount. You will still receive a bill from AOL, payable by credit card, debit card or direct draft from your checking account, as well as a bill from AT&T for your Internet service.
