Capri Sun Crafts
Capri Sun offers a variety of juices in individual-sized foil pouches. Parents of kids on the go know that it's possible to accumulate a large quantity of these empty juice packages in a short amount of time. Instead of throwing these pouches into the trash, turn them into attractive and useable crafts.

Purse
-
Create a purse out of empty Capri Sun pouches. Lay three pouches side by side with the decorative side down. Use a zigzag stitch to sew the pouches together. Sew three more pouches together. These two pieces will the be sides of the purse. Sew two sets of two pouches together to form the ends. Sew the ends and sides together and cut a piece of fabric the size of the bottom of the bag. Add a fabric handle. Use two Velcro tabs to close the purse.
Wallet
-
Make a wallet out of four Capri Sun pouches. Sew four drink pouches together so they form a rectangle. Fold the bottom two pouches up and sew their sides to form a pocket. Fold the top of the rectangle down so the edge meets the bottom fold. This will create a closure to secure the contents in the wallet. Use a Velcro tap to secure the flap to the pocket.

Magnets
-
Make colorful magnets out of Capri Sun pouches. Lay clear, flat marbles, sometimes called river rocks, onto the graphic side of some Capri Sun pouches. Trace around the marbles and cut out the circle. Use clear craft glue to glue the colorful sides of the circles to the flat parts of the marbles. After they've dried, attach a magnet dot, which can be purchased at craft stores, to each one.
Other Capri Sun Crafts
-
Make a coin purse out of an empty Capri Sun pouch. Open the pouch at the top and wash it thoroughly. Fold the top of the juice pouch down a couple of turns and attach a Velcro tab to the folded edge and the pouch to create a closure. Also consider cutting several Capri Sun pouches into small pieces and using them to create a collage.
