Bunny Ears Crafts for Kids
Bunny rabbit ears are a favorite craft for Easter or animal lesson themes. Create kids' bunny ears from different craft materials and processes. Attach the ears to a headband for a bunny wearable craft. Paper headbands are strips of paper taped together to fit around a child's head. Plastic hair accessory headbands work well to tape ears onto or to slip a narrow band through a seam at the bottom of bunny ears.

Paper Ears
-
Provide a pattern for a bunny ear for children to trace onto white or gray paper. Each child should cut out two ears. Provide a slightly smaller pattern for kids to trace and cut pink inner ears. Glue a pink ear in the center of each white or gray ear. Use paper and paint to have kids make handprint or footprint ears. They should press a handprint with fingers close together onto two pieces of paper. Press a footprint onto each of two pieces of paper rather than handprints, if you choose. Cut out around each print to form an ear shape. Tape or staple two ears onto the front edge of a paper headband.
Felt Ears
-
Have kids trace an ear pattern onto felt and cut out four bunny ears. Layer and glue two ears together to make one ear. Repeat for a second ear. For flexible ears, place a chenille stem inside each ear before gluing to cause the ears to bend. Staple two ears onto a felt headband for each child.
