Wire Ribbon Crafts
Wire ribbons can be found in any craft store and used in dozens of ways to create fun and beautiful crafts. The wire in ribbons allows them to hold their shape, making it easy to create crisp bows, loops or flowers that can transform everyday objects into something special.

Wire Ribbon Rose
-
Turn a wire ribbon into a beautiful decorative rose by scrunching ribbon up along the wire, creating a "ruffled" appearance. Trim the excess exposed wire left from scrunching and glue the flat end of the wire ribbon to a floral stem. Wrap ruffled wire ribbon around in a circular pattern so it resembles a blooming rose, and glue the other end tightly to the stem. Use green floral tape to wrap the base of the rose and wire to create an authentic flower look.
Wire Ribbon Candle Holder
-
Transform a simple glass pillar candle holder into a beautiful centerpiece that will accent any room decor. Simply measure out thick wire ribbon in a pattern of your liking and measure out loops of ribbon, enough to wrap once around the pillar. Cut to size and glue to base of pillar, repeating the process and working your way to the top of the pillar until the entire pillar candle holder is wrapped. For more flair, use various ribbon patterns and widths to create a contrasting look.

Wire Ribbon Bow Barrette
-
A wire ribbon turns a simple barrette into a fun and pretty hair accessory and makes it easy to create girls' barrettes to match any outfit. Create a bow from a wire ribbon in your style of choice and affix it to a plain metal tension spring hair barrette using a hot glue gun. Leave the ends of bow loose or, if desired, snip off with scissors.
