There's something about babies and things associated with them that make people happy. Whether you are a parent to a little one or you are throwing a baby shower for a friend or family member, consider making baby-themed crafts or crafts that can be used for your baby.

Diaper Wreath

Make a diaper wreath to use as a centerpiece or as a gift for a baby shower. Select a wreath form to use as the base of this craft and wrap it with material. Open up individual diapers and wrap them around the wreath form so that the front of the diaper is facing upward; tie a ribbon around the diapers to hold them in place. Use ribbons to attach rattles, pacifiers and other small baby items to the wreath, as well.
Baby Footprint Craft

A baby's footprint is so tiny and precious; preserve the little print as a keepsake to remember just how tiny your little one was. Draw a heart on a piece of paper and above the heart, write, "Footprints on My Heart." Gently press your baby's feet onto a nontoxic stamp pad and then press his feet onto the heart. Place the image in a frame and tie a piece of decorative ribbon on the hook behind the frame and use it to hang the craft in your baby's room.
