The first item you need is an album in which to keep your completed pages. A 12-inch by 12-inch size is standard, but pick a size and color that matches your preference. Choose from an album that has hinges to avoid any bumping in the middle of the spine, a post-bound album to which you can add extenders, or a binder to easily place or remove pages.
Paper

Buy a pad of papers if you want to conform to a specific theme. Add a variety of solid colors, patterned papers and small papers for photo mats.
