Easy to Make Snowman Crafts
It's hard to imagine winter without a snowman. This cute, lovable symbol of the season is adored by adults and children alike, and its simplistic structure makes it a common crafts project for all ages. You can use the fun-loving snowmen you create to enhance flower pots, mantels and dinner tables.
-
Snowman Puppet
-
Cut a large, medium and small circle of white foam paper. Glue them onto a craft stick to form a snowman with a handle at the bottom. Add a hat, scarf, nose, buttons and other elements from various colors of foam paper. Use a black marker for the eyes and mouth, and glue on glitter for sparkly accents.
Styrofoam Snowman
-
Slide two Styrofoam balls of different sizes through a thin wooden dowel that is slightly smaller in height than the snowman. Paint the balls white and let them dry before painting on the other snowman features. Glue on a strip of cut fabric wrapped around the neck for the scarf. Stick a small branch piece into each side for arms.

Edible Snowman
-
Stick two or three pieces of a soft, white, round food through a wooden skewer to make a snowman. Use various-sized marshmallows, powdered doughnut balls or any circular food rolled in coconut shavings or dipped in white chocolate. Decorate the snowman with food coloring and a brush or other edible things. These could include pretzel sticks for arms, a gummy worm for a scarf, or mini M&Ms or Nerds for buttons.
