    The small town of Macks Creek, Missouri, offers no lodging choices. Travelers and vacationers can, however, find accommodations less than 15 miles away near Camdenton. Following Highway 54 east from Macks Creek takes travelers to a variety of lodging options close to the Lake of the Ozarks and the junction of Highways 5 and 7.

    Macks Inn, Idaho, is in Fremont County, on the North Fork banks of the Snake River. Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park and Caribou-Targhee National Forest are all located near Macks Inn and make for great attractions such as sightseeing, hiking, biking, fishing and boating. Those visiting the area in an RV can be accommodated in various RV campgrounds and parks near Macks Inn. Even though there are numerous hotels and motels in the area, RV camping makes for an affordable alternative.

    American Falls, Idaho, has at least three RV campgrounds as of 2010 that are located near the airport and the main interstate that runs through the city. The campgrounds offer easy access for travelers and feature outdoor activities like fishing, boating, swimming, hiking and biking. One of the campgrounds has an elevation of more than 4,000 feet and offers hiking, mountain climbing and mountain biking.

    In Eastern Idaho, you can camp at the public land campgrounds in your RV for free, or at very low rates. Some of the campgrounds have full hookups while others only offer primitive camping.
