Dunaujvaros is a town in central Hungary by the river Danube. Located at 45 miles south of the capital Budapest, Dunaujvaros, which was built in the 1950s during socialist rule, is constituted of blocky houses and apartments and offers only one option of accommodation to the visitors, who can also find hotels in nearby towns. Apart from the 33 listed socialist buildings and monuments, there is little to see in Dunaujvaros.
Papa, a small baroque town in northwestern Hungary, is the economic, cultural and tourism center of the region.
