    Tips & Warnings

    • If you're near the bottom, look for a good place to sit down, such as a sandy ocean floor (never sit on coral). Rest and continue massaging the muscle.

    • Cramps occur from overexertion, cold or poor circulation. Pay attention to warning signs such as tired muscles, chills, and a tight strap or wetsuit.

    • Scuba diving is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. We recommend that you seek proper training and equipment before attempting this activity.

Eat a few banannas before diving.. The minerals in them helps prevent cramps. Also, if you have cramps very often, you might want to think about trying different fins. Too stiff of a blade for someone who isn't a strong swimmer can bring cramps quicker.
