Jump into the air and spin in a complete circle before landing on in-line skates. This is a great trick to incorporate on higher jumps and ramps.

From Quick Guide: Rollerblading
Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • In-line Skate Axles
  • In-line Skate Spacers
  • In-line Skate Wheels
  • In-line Skates
  • In-line Skating Gear
  • In-line Skating Helmets
  • In-line Skating Protective Gear Sets
  • Wrist Guards
  1. Step 1

Learn to jump 180s (see "How to Do a 180 Jump on In-line Skates") to get used to winding up and spinning as you jump.

  2. Step 2

Roll forward at a slow-to-moderate speed - slower at first.

  3. Step 3

Crouch low and wind up your upper body in the direction opposite of your spin.

  4. Step 4

Jump straight up, unwinding your torso even as you begin to jump.

  5. Step 5

Spin 360 degrees in the air. Lift up your knees to give you extra time in the air. Lead with your head and really swing your arms to get your whole body around quickly.

  6. Step 6

Land rolling in the same direction as you were originally. Bend your knees and stagger your skates for extra balance.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you fail to rotate a full 360, just take a quick step on your skates to complete the turn.
  • The hardest part of the 360 is getting enough air time to turn the full rotation. Sometimes if you jump off of something else, like a curb, it helps give you the extra air time.
  • Once you master the 360 jump, try to incorporate other tricks with it, such as the 360 airwalk or the 360 method. Try a 360 off a jump ramp.
  • Always wear a helmet, wrist guards and knee pads when riding in-line skates.

on 11/22/2005 Start skating with both feet in the same direction, bend your knees low and take your right foot and let it wander at an angle in front of your left foot. Jump as hard as you can in the air. The thing you did with you feet makes it easy because you are already turning before you even jump. Make sure to keep legs in and arms in close to your body as possible land it with both feet forward.

on 11/22/2005 Keep low and pop up, then reach down and tap your skate. Once you're good enough, try holding your grab. A tweak makes easy grabs look good.
